Flashing unit for leds flash rate adjustable for models trains dioramas

Very simple flashing unit. Connect up your input voltage and then connect up your leds. Adjust the flash rate by turn the blue adjustment resistor. 

This does not regulate voltage, the voltage in is what you will get out.
